See the course map and elevation graph. Please note that for runner safety the course may be altered due to trail conditions.

The race route is primarily an equestrian trail consisting of mowed grass and dirt. Spring in Minnesota can bring sun, rain, snow or ice; please prepare accordingly. There will be an unsupervised drop bag area near the start/finish available to store dry socks, shoes and any other gear you may want to access during the race. Average high is 59°F; average low is 38°F.

Aid stations are located at approximately 5.6K, 9.7K, and 12.5K. Aid stations are staffed by friendly volunteers and include a portable toilet, water, Gatorade, flat soda, cut bananas and small cups of trail mix.
