Three Rivers staff are happy to assist you every step of the way, by checking dates and parks if you have a site selected, or working with you to find a site that fits your needs.
Reservations must be made at least three weeks in advance. Prime sites go quickly, so call to reserve your site as soon as possible.

Payment is due in full at the time of reservation and may be made by phone using American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover, or in person using charge card, cash or check. To pay in person, visit the Three Rivers Park District Administrative Center during regular business hours. A confirmation receipt, park information and a reproducible park location map will be sent upon receipt of payment.
Cancellations and Refunds
Group camps, pavilions, picnic areas, shelters and rental rooms
If a cancellation is made 90 days or more prior to the event, 100% of the fee will be refunded. If cancelled 60-90 days prior to the event, 50% of the fee will be refunded. All cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. No refunds are given due to weather condition, unless the park or facility is closed due to severe, life-threatening weather.

If a cancellation is made 240 days prior to the use date, 100% of the fee will be refunded. If a cancellation is made 120 days prior to the use date, 80% of the fee will be refunded. For cancellations made 60 days prior to the use date, 50% of the fee will be refunded. All cancellations made within 60 days of event are non-refundable. No refunds are given due to weather conditions unless the park or facility is officially closed due to severe, life-threatening weather.
Special Use Permits
A Special Use Permit is required for all commercial groups (regardless of size), all non-commercial groups of 30 or more people when using a park or trail facility, and commercial photography shoots. Fees for permit, use, and facility may apply.
